Pretty damn good, I didn't have a can of coconut milk so I swapped it for 1cup of heavy cream and 3/4 cup of water with some tomato paste. Also added some extra garam masala and a heavy dose of black pepper at the end with a sprinkle of black salt

Could eat this everyday!

Delicious dressing, I would use snap peas next time bc the little peas don’t wanna stay on a fork. And way less fennel needed.
