Season the chicken all over with the salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Once the oil is glistening, working in batches, add the chicken and cook until the chicken is lightly browned 3-4 minutes
Turn and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.Reduce the heat to low
Add the butter, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder
Stir until each piece of chicken is coated in the buffalo sauce
Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
