  1. Dice butter and refrigerate.

  2. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.

  3. Cut cold butter into the flour.

  4. Add half and half and stir until moistened.

  5. Pat dough, fold, and cut out biscuits.

  6. Bake biscuits at 450˚F for 12-15 minutes.

  7. Brush baked biscuits with melted butter.

  8. Cool and serve.
