  1. Slice onion, and finely chop garlic.

  2. Heat oil in a large oven proof frying pan on a medium heat. Brown sausages for 2-3 minutes then add onions and garlic, and cook until soft.

  3. Add curry powder and sprinkle over flour stirring to coat the sausages.

  4. Combine remaining ingredients together in a jug and pour over sausages to cover. Place pan in oven and cook for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.

  5. Finely chop thyme and combine with remaining yogurt dressing ingredients.

  6. Serve sausages with a drizzle of yogurt dressing and a side of your favourite EasiYo Potato Bake.
