1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice or distilled white vinegar
Alternative 2
1 litre thickened cream
2tbls probiotic yogurt
Alternative 3
2 cups thickened cream
3 tablespoons buttermilk
Place in sterilised jar and seal lid
Wrap in towel
Leave on bench in a warm room for 12 hours
Refrigerate for 12 hours
