Crispy Spiced Polenta Fries
  1. Heat oven to 450 F (230 C).

  2. Cut polenta tube into sections lengthwise. Then cut each section into ½-inch (1.25 cm) thick fries.

  3. Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne and sprinkle onto fries.

  4. Heat a skillet with oil. Lay polenta fries in pan. Cook 5 minutes on one side.

  5. Turn polenta fries and place skillet in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until crispy and golden.

  6. Remove to a plate. Serve with Garlic Dip (see recipe).
