  2. Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190ºC) and line a baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

  3. Pat dry the pork tenderloins and rub them with a mixture of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  4. Sear the pork tenderloins in a skillet with olive oil until browned on all sides.

  5. Prepare a sauce with garlic, honey, soy sauce, mustard, Sriracha, and oil; brush it over the pork tenderloins in the baking dish.

  6. Roast the pork tenderloins for 15 minutes, cover them with foil, and continue roasting for another 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145˚F (62ºC).

  7. Let the pork tenderloins rest for 10 minutes, then slice against the grain and serve garnished with rosemary, orange slices, and extra glaze.
