  1. Directions

  2. Cake Base: Add ground biscuits, ground nuts, and melted margarine or butter to a bowl, and combine the ingredients.

  3. Place a 20 cm (8 inch) diameter spring form pan, and line the inside of the pan with greaseproof paper.

  4. Spread the mixture on the bottom and sides.

  5. Dark Cream Layer: Add cream cheese and Nutella to the bowl and mix with a mixer.

  6. Pour into the base and spread to make an even layer.

  7. Light Cream Layer: In a bowl, add cream cheese, and powdered sugar and cover with whipped cream.

  8. Mix until you get a nice fluffy whipped cream consistency.

  9. Spread over the dark cream.

  10. Put the cake in the fridge to set.

  11. Remove the ring and greaseproof paper from the cooled cake.

  12. Topping Decoration: Sprinkle the cake with some chopped walnuts.

  13. Melt the Nutella in the microwave, and place in a piping bag or ziploc. Drizzle Nutella over the cake.
