Directions
Cake Base: Add ground biscuits, ground nuts, and melted margarine or butter to a bowl, and combine the ingredients.
Place a 20 cm (8 inch) diameter spring form pan, and line the inside of the pan with greaseproof paper.
Spread the mixture on the bottom and sides.
Dark Cream Layer: Add cream cheese and Nutella to the bowl and mix with a mixer.
Pour into the base and spread to make an even layer.
Light Cream Layer: In a bowl, add cream cheese, and powdered sugar and cover with whipped cream.
Mix until you get a nice fluffy whipped cream consistency.
Spread over the dark cream.
Put the cake in the fridge to set.
Remove the ring and greaseproof paper from the cooled cake.
Topping Decoration: Sprinkle the cake with some chopped walnuts.
Melt the Nutella in the microwave, and place in a piping bag or ziploc. Drizzle Nutella over the cake.
