Kombu Celery
Found mistake?
  1. Use a vegetable peeler to peel the celery stalks down to remove strings until they're all tender and skinny.

  2. Cut each stalk in half and place in a bowl.

  3. Drizzle with sesame oil, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar and toss.

  4. Add the furiakes and toss once more then top with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
