Season salmon with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil
Cook salmon in the air fryer at 400° for 9 minutes
Peel skin off salmon and shred it
Cut up imitation crab into small pieces
Add salmon to crab, then add cream cheese, mayo, and sriracha.
Cook rice and season with 2 Tbsp rice vinegar. put into baking dish.
Sprinkle furikake on top of rice
Top with meat mixture
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes
Drizzle sriracha, spicy mayo, scallions, and sesame seeds on top
Eat plain or with nori sheets. enjoy!
