Creamy Sausage Ditalini
Found mistake?
  1. In a skillet, add sausage and break it up till almost fully cooked.

  2. Add pasta, garlic and sauté for about a minute to toast and coat the pasta.

  3. Add broth and simmer till most of the liquid is evaporated.

  4. Add heavy cream and season with pepper.

  5. Simmer till most of the liquid is absorbed.

  6. Cut the heat, stir in the butter and parmesan.

  7. Garnish with parsley.
