Easy 20 Minute Sesame Chicken And Veggie Rice Bowls
Found mistake?
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan

  2. Add the entire container of stir fry vegetables to the pan

  3. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

  4. Cook vegetables for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

  5. Roughly chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces

  6. Add chopped chicken to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until heated through

  7. Pour in ¼ cup of toasted sesame dressing and toss until everything is coated

  8. Cook for another 1-2 minutes

  9. Microwave 2 pouches of rice, one at a time, for 3 minutes each

  10. Divide rice into 4 bowls

  11. Top each bowl with the sesame chicken and vegetable mixture

  12. Drizzle desired amount of extra sesame dressing over each bowl

  13. Top with sesame seeds or Everything But The Bagel Seasoning if desired
