Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan
Add the entire container of stir fry vegetables to the pan
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Cook vegetables for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Roughly chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces
Add chopped chicken to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until heated through
Pour in ¼ cup of toasted sesame dressing and toss until everything is coated
Cook for another 1-2 minutes
Microwave 2 pouches of rice, one at a time, for 3 minutes each
Divide rice into 4 bowls
Top each bowl with the sesame chicken and vegetable mixture
Drizzle desired amount of extra sesame dressing over each bowl
Top with sesame seeds or Everything But The Bagel Seasoning if desired
