Copycat Starbucks Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich Recipe
Found mistake?
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Coat mason jar lid ring liberally with non stick spray

  3. Place ½ tablespoon of butter in a nonstick frying pan over medium low heat. Place the mason jar lid in the pan once the butter has melted.

  4. Crack the egg directly into the mason jar lid and scramble gently with a fork.

  5. Place a lid over the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the egg is set.

  6. Once set, take a set of tongs and release the egg from the jar ring. Flip the egg patty and cook 30 seconds. Remove egg to a paper towel lined plate.

  7. Fry the bacon in a pan to desired crispness. Set aside on paper towels to drain grease.

  8. Meanwhile butter both tops of the croissant bun. Place on a baking sheet and lightly toast in the oven for 3 minutes. Remove from oven.

  9. Assembly sandwich by first placing the egg patty on the bun, followed by the bacon and last the cheddar cheese slice. Place the sandwich back in the oven for 1 minute to allow cheese to slightly melt. Serve immediately.
