Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion; cook until beef is browned. Drain if needed.
Stir in minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Add cheddar, Parmesan, and mozzarella (if using). Stir until melted and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated in the cheesy garlic butter sauce.
Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter and stir it in for extra richness.
Let simmer 1–2 minutes to thicken.
Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes and serve warm.
