Easy Air Fryer Meatballs
Found mistake?
  1. Soak the bread in ½ cup milk for a few minutes.

  2. Fry the onion and garlic in a splash of olive oil until soft and fragrant. Allow to cool.

  3. Place the pork, beef and onion mixture in a large bowl.

  4. Add the soaked bread, parmesan cheese and seasonings then mix well.

  5. Form golf-ball sized meatballs.

  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F/205°C then add the meatballs to the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning over halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
