  1. Make the spicy oil by mixing oil and spices in a gallon bag.

  2. Marinate the chicken in the oil for at least an hour.

  3. Roast, grill, or saute the chicken as preferred.

  4. For roasting, preheat oven to 450 and roast for 10-13 minutes.

  5. For grilling, cook chicken thighs for 5-7 minutes per side.

  6. For sauteing, cook over medium-high heat until cooked through.
