Grease the tray
Roast/Fry the sesame/simsim first with salt for about 10 minutes
Add sugar in the pan and allow it caramelise for about 3 minutes
Mix it constantly with wooden spoon until the caramel turns golden
Add sesame and mix is fast until it clamps together
Scoop it out onto a large tray, spread out and pat in down quickly with a fish slice
Cut them into desired shapes
Allow it to cool down for 5 minutes, before serving especially to children
