Found mistake?
  1. Grease the tray

  2. Roast/Fry the sesame/simsim first with salt for about 10 minutes

  3. Add sugar in the pan and allow it caramelise for about 3 minutes

  4. Mix it constantly with wooden spoon until the caramel turns golden

  5. Add sesame and mix is fast until it clamps together

  6. Scoop it out onto a large tray, spread out and pat in down quickly with a fish slice

  7. Cut them into desired shapes

  8. Allow it to cool down for 5 minutes, before serving especially to children
