Add 1 cup warm milk in a large bowl with 2 tbsp yeast, 2 tsp salt and ½ cup sugar. Stir well.
Add 2 eggs in that mixture and whisk.
Add 1 cup all purpose flour and stir.
Cover with cling wrap and leave it for ½ an hour.
Open after half an hour and add 2nd cup of warm milk and mix.
Add melted butter and mix.
Add 4 cups of all purpose flour gradually and mix.
It will be a gooey dough but not runny. Cover it and leave for other half an hour.
After half an hour, open it and spread some flour on your work place. Roll your dough on it and divide into 2 parts.
You can make 2 breads with this dough or like me you can make small buns and 1 loaf.
Spread the dough with the help of rolling pin and roll it all the way.
Put your loaf in your greasy pan, cover and leave it for the third time for half an hour.
Apply egg wash on the loaf and bake for 15-20 minutes at 375°F. Apply melted butter on the hot bread.
If you’re making buns with this recipe bake the buns for 10-12 minutes.
