Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Cut the squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Now cut each half into wedges and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil on top and sprinkle salt to taste (About ½ tsp).
Bake them for 30 to 35 minutes or until they become tender.
Drizzle maple syrup on top and serve warm.
