Honey Dijon Dressing (4-ingredient Vinaigrette)

In a medium bowl or mason jar, whisk together the mustard, honey, and salt until smooth.
Add the vinegar and whisk to combine.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking. Continue whisking until smooth.
Drizzle in the olive oil, fit with a tightly fitting lid, and shake vigorously until well combined.
Use immediately or store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
