Grind all ground ingredients together: 4 small onions, 2 inches turmeric, 1 onion, 4 cloves garlic, 2 lemongrass, 8 kaffir lime leaves, 2 red chilies, and 5-6 dried chilies (soaked in hot water) with a little oil
Mix the ground paste with vegan minced meat
Add brown sugar and salt as needed to the mixture
Add 1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder to the mixture
Add a little water and 200ml coconut milk to the mixture
Wrap the mixture in quickly toasted banana leaves
Steam banana packets for 20 minutes
