Cajun Butter Steak & Shrimp Over Truffle Parm Mash
  1. Mix together 4 tbsp softened butter, ½ tbsp chives, ½ tbsp parsley, ½ tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp Cajun seasoning, ¼ tsp red pepper flakes, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper to make Cajun butter

  2. Trim 2 NY strip steaks into 1 inch pieces and season with Worcestershire sauce, buttery steakhouse seasoning, and Cajun seasoning

  3. Cook steak pieces in avocado oil on medium/high heat in a cast iron skillet for 2-3 minutes, then flip

  4. Turn off heat and stir in 2 tbsp Cajun butter, toss for 1 additional minute and remove

  5. Add jumbo shrimp to the skillet and reduce heat to medium, flip after 1-2 minutes and remove

  6. Add asparagus to the skillet and top with grated Parmesan

  7. Peel and dice 2 large russet potatoes and boil in salted water until fork tender

  8. Mash potatoes and add ¼ cup heavy cream or milk, 2 tbsp truffle oil, 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, stir until well combined

  9. Brush Cajun butter over sliced ciabatta bread and bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes

  10. Add truffle Parmesan mashed potatoes to a plate and top with Cajun butter steak bites and shrimp, serve with asparagus and garlic bread, garnish with chives
