Raspberry Almond Butter Baked Oats
  1. Add all the pancake bowl ingredients into your @lecreusetnederland mini casserole dish and mix well until fully combined.

  2. Top with a few raspberries and bake in the air fryer at 180°C for around 15 minutes.

  3. While the oats bake, make the jam by combining all the raspberry chia jam ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Cook in the microwave (or on the stovetop) in 15-second intervals, stirring well between, until the berries are soft and hot.

  5. Let it sit so the chia seeds absorb the liquid and form a jam-like consistency.

  6. Top the baked oats with the raspberry jam and a drizzle of almond butter.

  7. Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for a meal-prep friendly breakfast!
