Almond Croissant
  1. In a bowl, mix sugar and egg until pale. Add vanilla extract and butter, then mix well.

  2. Add almond flour and mix until smooth, then transfer to a piping bag.

  3. Open your croissants and pipe the cream inside and on top like shown in the video.

  4. Top with sliced almonds and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

  5. Dust with powdered sugar after baking.
