Chicken Cobbler By Your Barefoot Neighbor
  1. Preheat oven to 350, put stick of butter in 9 x 13 casserole dish and put it in the oven while preheating to melt the butter.

  2. Mix together 2 cups of milk and the box of Red Lobster biscuits and seasoning mix.

  3. Add chicken to the bottom of the casserole dish.

  4. Add peas and carrots to the chicken mix.

  5. Pour biscuit mixture over chicken and veggies. Do not mix.

  6. Add together, 2 cups of chicken stock with one can of cream of chicken with herbs soup.

  7. Pour that mixture over the biscuit mixture. Do not mix.

  8. Place in the oven for 45 minutes.

  9. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  10. Enjoy!
