Tiramisu Overnight Oats
  1. Mix dry ingredients (oats, cocoa powder, and chia seeds) together

  2. Add espresso, almond milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey, and 1 tsp vanilla extract to dry ingredients

  3. Mix well and store in the fridge for 4-8 hours or overnight

  4. Prepare greek yogurt with remaining vanilla extract and maple syrup or honey, adding more if desired for sweetness

  5. Add ½ of the overnight oats to a bowl

  6. Top with ¾ cups of greek yogurt

  7. Sift cocoa powder on top

  8. Serve (recipe makes 2 servings)
