2 Ingredient Crackers
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Mix together the self-rising flour, and which ever flavours you chose (rosemary & Parmesan in my case).

  3. Add the plain, fat free Greek yogurt and stir until combined.

  4. Turn out onto a floured surface, sprinkle well with flour and knead several times before forming a ball.

  5. Roll the dough out on a well-floured counter, as thin as you can get it. Cut to your desired size & transfer to a parchment covered baking sheet.

  6. Poke a few holes into each cracker shape & spray with a little oil and sprinkle with sea salt.

  7. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the crackers to cool & enjoy!
