Base: Mix the plain flour, caster sugar, dairy free butter and ice cold water to form a dough. Press into a pie dish and bake.
Brownie filling: Melt the dairy free / dairy butter, then mix in the light brown sugar, caster sugar, dairy free / dairy milk, dark chocolate, plain flour and dark cocoa powder to make a brownie batter. Pour into the baked pie base.
Topping: Melt the dairy free butter, then mix in the light brown sugar, maple syrup, cornflour and dairy free cream. Stir in the chopped pecans. Spread the pecan topping over the brownie filling.
Bake the pie until the topping is caramelized.
