Quinoa Chocolate Crunch Bites
  1. Rinse and dry your quinoa.

  2. Place in a large pan over medium heat. You will quickly hear it start to pop. Stir constantly for about one minute, until you don’t hear any more quinoa popping.

  3. Transfer the quinoa to a bowl.

  4. Melt your chocolate and pour it on top of the quinoa.

  5. Add your peanut butter and a pinch of salt and mix well.

  6. Use a cookie scoop to scoop out even amounts of the mixture.

  7. Dollop on a parchment-lined plate or baking tray and use a spoon to flatten each disc.

  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, top with some flaky salt, and enjoy!
