Creamy Greek Protein Power Bowl
  1. Add rocket, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped Kalamata olives, dill, diced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and shredded chicken to a large bowl

  2. Add thick yoghurt, wholegrain mustard, balsamic vinegar, and honey to the same bowl

  3. Season with salt and pepper

  4. Mix everything together until well combined
