Cranberry-almond No-bake Energy Bites
  1. You can add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or ground flax seed to oat mixture in step 1, if desired. Energy bites can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to three days.

  2. Add all ingredients to large bowl. Stir with rubber spatula until well combined.

  3. Wet your hands. Use your wet hands to roll oat mixture into 12 balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Place balls on plate.

  4. Cover plate with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator. Chill balls until firm, at least 30 minutes. Serve.
