Curry Mango Chicken Salad
  1. In a large bowl combine the chicken, mango, celery, apple, onion, walnuts, raisins and cranberries.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, curry powder, coriander, turmeric and apple cider vinegar.

  3. Add the mayo mixture to the chicken salad mixture, mix to fully combine.

  4. Serve chilled on croissants, if desired.
