Peach Cobbler
  1. Heat the oven to 180°C/350°F.

  2. Place peaches and sugar in a greased baking dish or pie dish and toss together.

  3. In a small bowl mix together the melted butter, sugar, vanilla, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt until it forms a dough and use your fingers to crumble it over the peaches.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle with raw sugar and bake for a further 5-10 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.

  5. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream or cream.
