  1. Mix the semolina, sugar, yeast, and warm milk in a mixer.

  2. Add the oil and a small spoonful of salt, then knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  3. For the filling, sauté the chicken breast, onion, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, red pepper, and ginger.

  4. Add a large spoonful of flour and cook until the desired consistency is reached.

  5. Divide the dough into 6-8 pieces and fill them with the chicken mixture.

  6. Serve with parsley.
