Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
In separate bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and melted butter. Whisk in the eggs.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until combined with a rubber spatula (do not over mix).
Fold in the mini chocolate chips or sprinkles.
Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray and add your batter.
Bake the mini muffins at 350°F for 12-14 minutes.
