Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine
  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.

  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and all the fresh herbs. Add lemon zest and cook for 1 minute.

  5. Return chicken to the skillet. Add cooked linguine and toss everything together, adding pasta water a bit at a time to loosen the sauce if needed.

  6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan and more fresh herbs.
