Homemade Graham Crackers
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Add maple syrup, water, and coconut oil.

  4. Mix until a dough forms (it'll be a bit firm!).

  5. Roll dough out on parchment paper.

  6. Slice into rectangles or squares.

  7. Use a fork to poke holes in each piece (so they don't puff up!).

  8. Transfer parchment to a baking sheet.

  9. Bake 13–15 mins until golden and crisp.

  10. Let cool fully before breaking apart.

  11. Store in an airtight container: → up to 2 weeks in the pantry → up to 3 months in the freezer
