Soak glass noodles for 5 minutes
Clean and devein shrimps
Cut napa cabbage into chunks
Cut enoki mushrooms in half
Slice red chili
Layer napa cabbage in rice cooker (bottom), followed by glass noodles, enoki, and shrimps
Mix all sauce ingredients (oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, minced garlic, and water) and pour over
Cook as usual in rice cooker
Once done, stir gently and top with spring onions
