Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse Recipe
  1. In a food processor or a blender, blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides to ensure there are no lumps.

  2. To the blended cottage add cocoa (optional - read notes). Blend until smooth.

  3. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces for easier melting. Melt it in a microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time until fully melted.

  4. Transfer the batter to a bowl, add melted chocolate and mix until combined and smooth.

  5. Put the batter into a piping bag then, carefully pour the batter into serving cups.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm. Serve with fresh berries or as is.
