Plan together, feta Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil oil. Pulse to blend can be a little bit chunky if desired.
Spread into a shallow bowl.
In a small pan, heat up olive oil on low to medium heat . (make sure it is not too hot or the almonds will burn.)
Add in your almonds, stir immediately. add in minced garlic , jalapeño and chili flakes. Let's cook for about one minute.
Add in chopped parsley . Mix and remove from the heat . Slowly drizzle over feta mixture.
Serve with pita chips, crackers, bread, or naan .
