Heat a large fry pan with a medium heat
Meanwhile, thinly slice 6 cloves of garlic, finely chop a handful of fresh parsley and pat dry 20 raw jumbo shrimp (peeled & deveined) with paper towels, season with sea salt & black pepper just on one side
After heating the pan for 6 to 8 minutes on a medium heat, add in ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic (peeled), mix continuously, after 2 minutes and the garlic is lightly sauteed, remove from the pan and discard, then add in the shrimp seasoned side down, all in a single layer, cook for 60 seconds per side, then remove from the pan and set aside
Lower the heat to a low heat, add in the sliced garlic, mix continuously, after 1 minute and the garlic is lightly sauteed turn off the heat, add in ½ tsp hot smoked Spanish paprika and a little sea salt, mix together, then add in the shrimp and mix together
Transfer the shrimp into a serving dish, pour the garlic sauce over the shrimp and sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley, serve at once, enjoy!
