Mince the chicken with garlic paste in a good processor. Then transfer it in a bowl and add tikka spice powder and coat the chicken well. Cube the tomato.
In a wok heat oil and tomato and cook and mash them well.
Then add chicken tikka mince and stir-fry on low to medium flame until chicken is white. Add chopped green chilli and stir well.
Now add 2 tbsp water and. Cook on low flame until chicken mince is cooked and water is completely dried. Garnish with coriander or parsley. Serve hot. Enjoy.
