Simple Not Basic Weeknight Meal
  1. Blend all of your ingredients aside from the green onion and add to your ground beef.

  2. Chop your green onion and add in along with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Mix just until combined.

  4. To a smoking hot wok, add in your meat and use your spatula to flatten out. Don't be tempted to sauté!

  5. Allow to cook until the juices have evaporated and the bottom has become crispy.

  6. Don't be alarmed by any burnt looking pieces, the sugar will caramelize and give you a similar Korean bbq flavor.

  7. Sauté with more green onions and sesame seeds to finish.

  8. Serve over rice or with lettuce for lettuce wraps and enjoy!
