Budget-friendly, High-protein Chicken Salad
  1. Grill chicken. If bland, season it. Alex uses Tahini and everything bagel seasoning.

  2. Chop onion and pickles or cucumbers for crunch

  3. Boil 4 eggs for 7 minutes if you want them soft boiled.

  4. Drain a can of corn and toss everything into a bowl.

  5. Once the chicken is done, let it cool. Then cut into cubes. The sauce will stick better this way.

  6. Combine the greek yoghurt, salsa, parmesan, mustard, and balsamic vinegar, stir until smooth.

  7. Mix everything and eat over a salad, with bread, or straight from the bowl.
