In a slow cooker, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until vegetables are tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, place biscuits on top of the chicken mixture in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
