Grease the pan with butter.
Add 2 beaten eggs to the pan and cover with lavash.
Layer salami on the first layer and generously sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, then cover with lavash.
On the second layer, place finely chopped tomatoes and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
After covering with the last piece of lavash, pour 2 beaten eggs over the lavash.
Close the lid and cook on low heat.
After one side is cooked, flip and cook the other side.
