Homemade Labneh
  1. Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice and salt together.

  2. Line a sieve with strong kitchen paper, cheesecloth, or muslin and place over a bowl.

  3. Add the yoghurt mixture, fold the cloth over the top and place a small bowl or mug on top to weigh it down.

  4. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

  5. Unwrap, gently press out any extra liquid and serve.
