Ingredients
1 roll of puff pastry
2 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp oregano
200g grated mozzarella
Around 60g pepperoni
1 egg
Method
Preheat oven to 200c.
Roll out the puff pastry and spread over the tomato puree, then sprinkle over the oregano and mozzarella.
Use a sharp knife to slice the pizza into strips horizontally around 1.5inches wide. Place 3 pepperoni across each strip, then tightly roll them.
Place the rolls in a small oven proof dish, and give them an egg wash all over.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, cool then serve.
