Butterball Boneless Turkey Breast Slow Cooker
  1. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  2. Pat turkey breast completely dry. Rub with olive oil or butter. Apply seasoning rub evenly over all surfaces.

  3. Place sliced onion rings, smashed garlic, thyme sprigs, and rosemary sprigs in the bottom of the slow cooker.

  4. Place seasoned turkey breast on top of the aromatic base skin side up. Pour chicken broth around the sides.

  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours. Check temperature at 5 hours. Remove when internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  6. Transfer to cutting board, tent with foil, and rest 15 minutes before slicing.

  7. Strain drippings into a saucepan. Skim fat. Bring to a simmer and whisk in cornstarch slurry. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until thickened. Swirl in butter. Season to taste.

  8. Remove netting, slice against the grain into half-inch pieces, and serve with gravy.
