In a pot, add chicken broth, sliced ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, chopped green onions, and fried shallots. Stir to combined and bring it to a boil. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Once the broth is boiling, carefully add the frozen wontons, stirring gently to prevent them from sticking. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the wontons float to the top.
At the last minute, throw the bok choy into the broth and cook until tender.
Garnish with more green onions and fried shallots. Serve hot and enjoy!
